Salon Cuvee believes that continuing education is the key to individual development and personal growth. The salon director of education is a TONI & GUY Artistic Team member. Together with six other TONI & GUY trained educators she shares the vision of TONI & GUY which is to upgrade the industry as a whole through quality customer service and exceptional skill. Our educators, as successful hairdressers in the field know how important it is to have an established core of haircuts and color techniques that work across all lengths and textures. With that in mind the Salon Cuvee assistant program was created. Assistants are trained by educators that not only have perfected their own craft through personal education from companies such as TONI & GUY, Bumble & Bumble, Goldwell, Kerastase, Martin Parsons and many more but also continue their education on a regular basis to stay on top of the current trends for their clientele and to give our assistants a core that is universal and current at the same time. Our educators take great pride in knowing that everyone they have trained are now successful stylist who are masters of their craft.
Emphasis on communication, customer service and ongoing education enable our clientele and team members to have confidence in the quality of our work. The working environment at Salon Cuvee is designed to create a great atmosphere for clientele and team members alike. There is a strong foundation of continuing education and training, so no matter what level you reach, there is always more to be learned. The salon atmosphere has a constant creative buzz. Our team members treat each client as an individual, providing easy to manage hair styles adapted for each persons face shape, fashion taste and lifestyle. Our hairdressers have a broad appeal. We create styles that are commercial, fashionable and adaptable. “Wearable†hairstyles that are cut with a strong technical base to give the style longevity and “personalized†by freehand cutting to give a modern and individual finish.
